Post. Festival 2026 | Terms and Conditions

1. The Agreement

By purchasing a ticket through Flicket or entering the event premises, the individual ("Attendee") enters into a binding agreement with Post. Festival ("The Organizer"). These terms apply to all ticket holders, staff, and guests.



2. Admission and Age Policy

All Ages Event: Post. Festival 2026 is an all-ages event.



Minor Supervision: Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (age 18+) at all times.



Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and to purchase alcohol.



Wristbands: Tickets must be exchanged for a festival wristband. Wristbands must be worn securely; lost or tampered wristbands will not be replaced.



3. Health and Safety

Hearing Protection: Attendees acknowledge that Post. Festival features high-decibel performances. Prolonged exposure to loud music can cause hearing loss. Ear protection is strongly encouraged for all attendees and is strictly recommended for minors.



Emergency Medical Consent: By attending, you consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary by emergency services or venue staff in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the event.



Prohibited Items: For the safety of all, items such as weapons, explosives, illegal substances, and glass containers are strictly prohibited. All attendees are subject to search upon entry.



Infectious Diseases: Attendees assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases. The Organizer reserves the right to implement health protocols if required by local government mandates.



4. Ticketing and Refunds

Authorized Partner: Flicket is the official ticketing partner.



All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges will be provided for "change of mind," personal scheduling conflicts, or artist cancellations.



Event Cancellation: In the event of a total festival cancellation, the Organizer will provide instructions via Flicket regarding the refund process.



5. Lineup and Schedule

Artist Changes: The lineup and set times are subject to change without notice. Cancellation of a specific performer does not entitle the Attendee to a refund.



Rain or Shine: The festival will take place regardless of weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the Organizer or local authorities.



6. Code of Conduct

Safe Environment: Post. Festival is a "Zero Tolerance" event for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior. Violators will be ejected immediately without a refund.



Re-entry: Re-entry is permitted for valid wristband holders, subject to security re-screening upon each entry.



7. Media and Likeness

Consent to Record: Attendees (and guardians of minors) grant Post. Festival the irrevocable right to use their likeness in promotional materials, social media, and broadcasts worldwide without compensation.



8. Liability and Risk

Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including personal injury, illness, or loss of property.



Release: The Attendee releases Post. Festival, its staff, and the venue from all claims or liabilities arising from the event.



9. Force Majeure

Post. Festival shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government mandates.
